Founded in September 2001, La Compagnie Christiane Bélanger presents extreme contemporary dance shows. It has two sections, one professional and one for beginners. Its mission is to create, produce, and broadcast its multidisciplinary dance work.
Original and unusual, the intimate productions from La Compagnie Christiane Bélanger are the result of intense artistic research. Christiane Bélanger works to develop more intuitive and instinctive movements to suit the contemporary style of her productions. She doesn't hesitate to integrate different techniques, technologies and even other art forms such as circus acrobatics and singing. The annual productions that she creates always find a way to surprise the spectators, which explains their success!
