The Dance and School Program and the Professional Training were created to allow students to study intensively classical ballet while they pursue their normal schooling. Qualified as "pre-professionals", these programs can be used as a starting point for an international career in dance.
The classes offered are only for classical ballet, taught with an adapted version of the Vaganova Method. They include a choreographic part which combines creation and organization. In this part of the class, students will dance in a professional production that will be presented at the Salle Albert Rousseau (for more information, see the section about the Production class).
Please note that these programs require advanced skills. For that reason, students that wish to enroll in these classes need to have a good understanding of the Vaganova Method.

* Accepted at the National Ballet of Canada in Toronto
** Accepted at the École Supérieure de Ballet Contemporain of Montréal
The programs have only existed since 2005 and four dancers are already seeing results of the quality of teaching they received. Two of these dancers are pursuing their studies at the Conservatoire de danse de Montréal (Alexandra Simard et Zoé-Isabelle Leclerc-Chantal), and another dancer became a professional dancer (Pascale Grenier).
This phenomenal success rate can be explained by the excellent teachers and the rigorous professionalism of Christiane Bélanger.
