To participate in this project, students need to have an excellent knowledge of ballet techniques. Hence, only the students that are attending at least two classical ballet classes a week will be accepted into the production class. Their enrollment also needs to be approved by Christiane Bélanger.

This class teaches students about the scenic aspect of classical ballet. During the projects, they will learn to master a choreography created by Christiane Bélanger. This will allow them to put into practice the techniques they learned during their normal dance lessons. After an obligatory 36 weeks (3 semesters), they will take part in an important production on a professional stage.

Coaching and technical aspects of the production are done by scenic professionals.

Please note that students in the Dance and School or the Professional Training programs are automatically participating in the Classical Ballet Production class.

Schedule and Costs

Classical Ballet Production for Children, Teenagers and Adults Fall-Winter 2007: Starting September 15th, 2007 Schedule subject to change. Unless otherwise indicated, prices include taxes and subscription fees.
